Classic Venue3Two Wedding | Devon & Kelsey
On their engagement session post, I mentioned that Devon & Kelsey’s classic Venue3Two wedding was going to be an emotional one. Just over a year ago, Devon was in a terrible car accident that left him in a week-long coma, broke all of his ribs, and shattered one of his feet. It was a long recovery, with the planned wedding being touch and go, but Devon & Kelsey were determined! By the time the wedding came around, it was after a run of about a dozen family parties. We thought by this point we’d be over all of the get-togethers, but this wedding was the bang to end it with! There wasn’t a dry eye in the place during the ceremony, and I danced actual holes in the bottom of my shoes at the reception!

Kelsey had these adorable custom Nikes to keep comfortable 😻
Venue 3Two has an incredible room for the bride to get ready in, and Kelsey’s twin Emily was of course right by her side.
She did a first look with her bridesmaids, and even that was emotional!
Meanwhile, Devon got ready with his guys at his parents’ house.
They couldn’t not include their good boy, River!
The weather was just about perfect the entire day!

Devon & Kelsey did not want to see each other before the ceremony, so we switched places!
Devon’s guys gave him a helping hand for a few!

Then it was time…and everyone sobbed – including me!
Devon’s brothers lifted him up for a standing kiss right after coming to the reception!

The dance floor was full all night long, and you could really feel the love surrounding the couple.
Truly an event worth celebrating!!
