St Marys Visitation & Backyard Wedding | Dani & Alex

Well, I think I am now officially behind. In recapping my 2020 weddings, 2022 somehow snuck it’s way in! But on I trod, for today’s St Marys Visitation & backyard wedding with Dani & Alex! If you’ve been following me for a bit, you’ll recognize the church as one of my favorites – because it’s my own! That’s how these two found me, and I’m so glad they did! The whole day had a theme of love and community. From the beautiful church ceremony to the backyard reception, Dani & Alex were surrounded with support!

Dani got ready at her parents’ home, and as any good Catholic girl knows, she had to have her rosary involved!

Her dress had these beautiful flutter sleeves, which really added a touch of class!

Meanwhile, Alex got ready with his guys!

St. Mary’s Visitation has a balcony in the back of church which really allows us to get an amazing view of how beautiful it really is ????

It’s always so sweet to catch the glances between the parents while the vows are being said!

In between the ceremony and reception, we ran to Spring Grove Park for a few quick portraits!

We just HAD to have some more portraits at the reception, as Dani’s parents had this awesome wall of sunflowers growing!

Their first dance was just about the sweetest thing ever, as these two could NOT stop staring at each other.

Alex’s dance with his mom left everyone in tears!
