Lake Michigan Trash the Dress Session | Jewell & Jordan

I am trying my best to keep up on blogging. It’s a shame I’ve been skipping weeks because I am coming up to just some of my all-time favorites! One of which is a couple of familiar faces – Jewell & Jordan at their Lake Michigan trash the dress session from 2020!!

Since they won a free engagement session at my bridal show giveaway, they had an extra session to do whatever they wanted with! We decided on an anniversary session. As a bonus, they put their dresses back on and went for a dip at Oval Beach! The sunset that night was the perfect pastel palette. 😻 They immediately became some of my favorite images! First off, the weather was absolutely perfect. Since it was cloudy on their wedding day, I was ecstatic to finally see some sun on these two!

Why do I love Jewell & Jordan so much? Because they never stop making each other laugh!

Once we got a few good images for their normal anniversary session, it was time to put the dresses back on!! I’m not sure if Jordan knew what she was getting into, but she was a trooper! Even when I said we were getting in the water!

Calling it a “trash the dress” session can be a little scary, but the good thing is you don’t have to trash it! Taking it to the dry cleaners can still get it back in tip top shape! Even if you go for something a little more intense – like this one – it’s still completely washable! So have no fear.
