WeddingDay Magazine Look Book Cover Shoot

I am SO excited for this week’s blog post! I was asked to photograph the cover of this year’s WeddingDay magazine Look Book! You can order your copy here, absolutely packed with gorgeous wedding inspiration!

When Kaitlyn at WeddingDay contacted me about shooting the cover of this year’s annual issue, they already had a date in October picked. It happened to be on my birthday! And I could think of no better way to spend my day than taking photos! Add in a stellar team of vendors, and it was a dream day!

Since the shoot took place in the middle of October, the Fields of Michigan was the perfect spot to show off our state’s beauty!

We started off with this stunning paper suite by Zé Design Studio. I love the deep rich hues!

As always, the Pretty Committee left our bride looking flawless!

The Fields of Michigan is a glamping destination, so our bride Andrea got ready in one of the tents!

While her handsome groom Cory hung out, waiting to snuggle up!

America’s Bride supplied us with a few dresses to play with!

Burns Special Events supplied the rental furniture and ceremony set-up as well as the eye-popping florals!

Is this not the coziest tent you’ve ever seen? There was even a private bathroom in the back!

The curved arch at the ceremony site, set in front of the colorful forest, made it look like an other-worldly portal!

These two were so adorable, even if it was chilly!

I loved the long sleeves of the second dress!

And you know how I can’t resist a good veil shot!

The reception table set-up was bursting with pretties!

Inside the main building of the venue, this sweetheart table showed off even more of the vibrant florals!

Lined up in front of the tents, twinkle lights really tie the whole cozy vibe together!
