While my absolute favorite thing in the world to photograph is weddings and couples, my second favorite thing is high school seniors, like this fall high school senior session!
I first shot Tyler way back when he was in the 2nd grade for his First Communion, and oh yeah, he’s my handsome cousin 🙂 When it came time for his senior portraits, Tyler and his mom didn’t think of anyone else but me! Tyler loves anything to do with the outdoors and is an avid hunter and fisher! We wanted to capture that love in his senior photos, so of course Grand Ravines was the best place for that! Add in some flannel shirts and fall color, and this session is 100% Tyler!
One of the best things about Grand Ravines is the gorgeous view of the river!
Since we had gotten so much rain, the river was a little swampy and ran up onto part of the path – which made it feasible to get these awesome shots with his fishing pole and waders!
Mom couldn’t resist sneaking in for a couple <3
Come on…tell me he’s not a total stud!!
Sometimes Michigan just loves showing off. Check out those colors!
He loves duck hunting in particular, so we had to capture that!
We also got a few with his trust hunting dog!
Thanks for scrolling through Tyler’s fall high school senior session! If you know a high school senior, tell them to check out Schu’s Shoots Photography! Maybe you’ll see their sneak peek on Facebook or Instagram!
