Kansas University Campus Engagement Session | Matt and Katie
I met with Matt and Katie a few months ago for their Kansas University Campus engagement session! I was really excited when they first contacted me for a couple reasons. One, they found me on Google! I’ve recently been working on trying to get my website to be optimized for search engines, so that meant it was working! Two, they booked me because Matt is known as Schu because of his last name – so Schu’s Shoots Photography was a perfect fit!!
Since they’re both KU alums, an engagement session on campus was the obvious choice! We ended up rescheduling once due to weather, so when the clouds rolled in again – darker and heavier – we almost postponed again, but we decided to roll the dice and do a part 2 if it started to rain. Once we showed up, the dramatic skies added an amazing look! The best part was their new puppy Tank!! We finished the session, and minutes later the skies let loose. With Katie being so photogenic, and Matt cracking her up the whole time, it was a perfect session!
Tank was just as good of a model as Matt and Katie!
Katie’s hair was on point the entire time.
Of course we had to get some with the Campanile in the background!
And
I can’t wait for their upcoming October wedding!
