Fairytale Wedding at Trillium Events | Jimmy & Anessa

I started writing this blog a few times and I’m still not sure how to describe just how special Jimmy & Anessa’s fairytale wedding at Trillium Events was! One of the greatest compliments I can get from a past client is when they refer their friends to me. Right from the beginning, I was extra thrilled that Anessa kept me in mind after her best friend Maggie’s wedding. Anessa has such a light about her that you just can’t help but smile – and it’s probably because she’s an actual princess?? Like she cosplays as Disney princesses and superheroes and is basically just all around badass.

You know what else made this wedding extra special? Jimmy & Anessa kept the smiles on the entire day – despite the apparent curses put on them. Between a member of the wedding party dropping out, Anessa’s father passing, and Jimmy having a serious medical emergency, these two had been put through the ringer. Did I mention that all happened within the week or so leading up to the wedding?! But I dare you to find a single moment where they didn’t find joy in being together. Jimmy & Anessa are big Disney fans, so they had little touches sprinkled throughout their day!

This was such a sweet moment between Anessa and her mom, who tearfully said “can’t I just keep you?”

We gave Anessa her own Big Reveal with her bridesmaids!

Meanwhile, Jimmy got ready with his side, more Disney references included!

As promised, the Best Boy Murdock Brown showed up in a suit!!

Time for the First Look! (First Pinch? 😹)

It might have been the collapsed lung, but let’s just say it was his stunning bride that left Jimmy feeling breathless!

AS I was taking this photo I knew it was going to be my new favorite 😻

In keeping with the Disney theme, they named their tables after movies, with a corresponding gold centerpiece!

More Disney references…not only was Anessa’s ring a Mickey, Jimmy’s ring was custom made as a nod to his favorite, Peter Pan.

Some more magic – I did NOT photoshop Anessa’s bouquet flip to form a heart!! She’s just that good.
