Since Allison and Trevor are getting married this week, I figured it’d be a great time to share their Grand Ravines fall engagement session! I have really lucked out this year with the most amazing, sweet, and loving couples. It makes my job a whole lot easier when you LIKE the person you’re about to spend the rest of your life with! These two are definitely no exception. They had no problem holding hands, snuggling up, and just laughing together – and early in the morning no less!
This session also proves once again that a sunrise session is NEVER not worth it!! It was super gray and rainy that morning, and maybe even that whole week if I remember correctly. Luckily, there must have been someone upstairs looking out for us, because at exactly 7:59 am, the rain stopped for our 8 am session! The sun even came out for a bit. Be sure to check out the amazing color we got at the end of the session!! I can’t wait to celebrate with them for their wedding this Saturday!!
One of the best parts of shooting just after a rainfall is the dramatic contrast it gives the pavement!
Honestly, I have the MOST GORGEOUS brides ever!!
This little bridge was just too cute not to use – and Allison and Trevor clearly put up with all my cheesiness just fine 🙂
Since the sun hadn’t come out quite yet, we were also able to get some of the beautiful river in the background!
Buuuuuttt these two are too cute to notice the river 🙂
I love it when my couples know how to have a good time and love to have fun!
Trevor and Allison were headed straight across the state right after our session. Thankfully, they were SO nice to put up with me dragging them into this field for one last shot. I’d say it was worth it, wouldn’t you?
